Q: I'm having trouble registering or I haven't received my confirmation
email yet. Can you help me?
Yes, there are several things we suggest you try.
First, check your spam filters on any incoming emails. Sometimes filters
will block emails from certain email addresses; they can also be programmed
to block emails with subject headings containing certain words or phrases
-- in this case, "Board of Water Supply: Confirm Your Registration," confirm
your registration may be the phrase that causes our confirmation email to be
blocked.
Second, you may need to mark the BWS Procurement page as a trusted site
before attempting to register.
