THURSDAY, JULY 15, 2021 -- The Board of Water Supply (BWS) will end its suspension of water shutoffs for nonpayment of water and sewer bills on July 31, 2021. Customers who wish to avoid water shutoff will need to make payment or establish a payment arrangement before then. Information about financial support programs and the form to request a payment arrangement are available on the BWS website.
As long as your water service is on, you will continue to receive monthly water and waste water bills and are responsible for all the water and sewer charges on your account. If you are unable to pay your bills, please call (808) 748-5070 as soon as possible and speak with a customer service representative about setting up a payment arrangement. We recommend customers keep their balance as low as possible by making payments they can afford as ofen as they can. Payments can be made by phone, mail, online or drop box at the BWS Public Service Building. Single family residential customers can pay their bill by credit or debit card without any service charge or fee. Information on payment options can be found at www.boardofwatersupply.com/help.

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 2020 -- BWS is aware that funds may still be available for water and waste water bills through the following agencies for qualifying individuals. Contact them for details.
