MONDAY, DECEMBER 28, 2020 -- The Board of Water Supply (BWS) is committed to providing Oahu with safe, dependable and affordable water, especially during these uncertain times. Water is essential for good health, and we want to keep it running for Oahu homes and businesses. As such, to assist customers who are facing financial difficulties because of the coronavirus outbreak, BWS has temporarily suspended water shut-off due to nonpayment through Wednesday, March 31, 2021. This page will be updated if the BWS extends the suspension of service disconnections.
As long as your water service is on, you will continue to receive monthly water and waste water bills and are responsible for all the water and sewer charges on your account. If you are unable to pay your bills, please call (808) 748-5070 as soon as possible and speak with a customer service representative about setting up a payment arrangement. We recommend customers keep their balance as low as possible by making payments they can afford as ofen as they can. Payments can be made by phone, mail, online or drop box at the BWS Public Service Building. Single family residential customers can pay their bill by credit or debit card without any service charge or fee. Information on payment options can be found at www.boardofwatersupply.com/help.
