The Board of Water Supply (BWS) is committed to providing Oahu with safe, dependable and affordable water, especially during these uncertain times. Water is essential for good health, and we want to keep it running for Oahu homes and businesses. As such, to assist customers who are facing financial difficulties because of the coronavirus outbreak, BWS has temporarily suspended water shut-off due to nonpayment through Friday, July 31, 2020 and will be re-assessed based on the situation at that time.
As long as your water service is on, you will continue to be billed. We would like to remind customers that if you are unable to pay your water and sewer bill in full, please let us know as soon as possible. Keep us informed of your situation and request a payment arrangement to help manage your water and sewer bill. To request a payment arrangement, please fill out and submit our Payment Arrangement Request Form.
