In effort to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, effective Wednesday, March 25, 2020, the City and County of Honolulu, including the Board of Water Supply, will stop serving customers in their offices or satellite city halls. BWS encourages customers to use one of the following options.
Customers may pay their bill through automatic bill payment, by mail, by phone, one-time payment online, or by using the payment drop box at the Board of Water Supply.
Enroll to have your water and sewer bill paid by automatic deduction from checking or savings account. For more information, see Frequently Asked Questions and the Automatic Bill Payment enrollment form.
Mail your payment to the Board of Water Supply. Please allow sufficient time for your payment to reach us by the "PAYMENT MUST REACH US BY" date. Mail your check or money order payment to: Board of Water Supply, City and County of Honolulu, P.O. Box 135037, Honolulu, HI 96801-5037.
Call (808) 748-5020, Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., to pay your bill with a credit card or debit card using a Visa, MasterCard or Discover card. NOTE: Effective January 1, 2017, BWS will only accept credit card payments for single-family residential accounts. Learn more.

Customers may drop off a payment at the Public Service Building on Beretania Street.
During this time, BWS wants to reiterate that we will not be shutting off any water service. If you have an outstanding account with BWS, please contact our customer service team at (808) 748-5000, option 4 to set up a payment plan.
