Position: Customer Service Representative (Temporary Employment)
Board of Water Supply (BWS) Customer Service Representatives answer phone calls, respond to emails and help walk-in customers with their requests to start or stop water service, billing questions, past-due matters, etc.
Full-time and part-time hours are available.
A combination of education and experience substantially equivalent to graduation from high school and two years of clerical experience, one of which must have involved public contact work which required providing information, answering questions and inquiries, and explaining policies, rules and regulations in person or by telephone.
