The BWS posts the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for each project category online. A link to each GTC can be found in the Documents section for each category on the procurement homepage (see screen shot for reference). Links to legal documents can be found at the bottom of the homepage, as well.
Some projects will have the specifications available for download from the BWS Procurement website. For those projects that are not available online, interested parties may request a copy of the specifications by sending an email to the BWS Procurement Office at email@example.com and providing their mailing information along with their FedEx account number.
Depending on the size of the files, not all projects will have the specifications available for download. For construction projects, for example, the majority of the projects will be burned to CD. In those situations, CDs will be available for pick up from the BWS Procurement Office at the Public Service Building in Room 201. Or, the CDs can be mailed at the requestor's expense.
